Hey, writing friends! Today I put in my 60 minutes on the writing challenge. Yay! I will keep this update brief.
I did actually manage to get some writing down as I worked on the airplane emergency scene. I was going steady for about 30 minutes, then I got to the more traumatic section, and stalled out. Not due to stress like yesterday, but I am trying to figure out how the hero’s PTSD affects him. So the second half of my time was spent researching.
Baby steps and small progress. I am feeling relieved that I actually was able to flesh out more of the scene, and didn’t spend the whole 60 minutes of research. Research is great, but stalls forward momentum.
